HM Management is the synergy between four professionals that combined their experience and know-how to create a company that projects efficiency, effectiveness, trust, and best practice.

We are a team of four: a Manager, an Engineer, an Interior Architect and a Business Developer.

Joseph Helou, our Manager and Co-Founder, has extensive experience managing world-class construction and development projects in the Middle East. Joseph kick started his career decades ago with Saudi Oger managing several key projects in the Middle East before being appointed Chairman of the Abdali Project in Jordan as part of his role as Chairman of Horizon Development. Joseph is now retired focusing on HM Management whilst advising in matters of engineering and construction.

Ibrahim Maalouf, our Engineer and Co-Founder, is the Managing Director of Horizontal Tempering Glass, a leading glass processing and subcontracting company in Lebanon and the region. Ibrahim is a mechanical engineer and an industrialist with a handful of experience in the manufacturing process and quality management of high-end glass, steel and aluminium. Ibrahim also manages a workshop for the processing and production of high end steel & metal items.

Roland Helou, our Interior Designer and Interior Architect, is also founder and General Manager of ROHD, a boutique yet highly successful interior architecture firm with projects in Lebanon and the region.

Tony Helou, our Business Developer, has worked in business and marketing development for more than a decade. He is the General Manager of a creative and marketing agency, dealing with large organizations and companies in the region.

Coming together meant delivering the most comprehensive space design and contracting experience to our customers. With every team member dedicated to a process, we guarantee the superior quality in delivering both our products and services.
